• Online purchased creations can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date.

• To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met:
  • It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, with the original packaging, including all accessories. So to say in its original state as the parcel arrived.
  • The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified)
  • It is not a custom order or special order.

• As soon as we receive your return a message will be send to your e-mail with a confirmation of arrival. The creation will be submitted to the quality control, once it has passed the quality control you will receive a notification for a full refund. This should take no longer than 1-3 business days from the moment of arrival.
