You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The tracking link to follow your shipment will be included in the shipping confirmation email. 

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

The shipping carrier for domestic orders within The Netherlands and Belgium is DPD or DHL. If you prefer your parcel to be shipped with another carrier, please send a message to info@oeiceramics.com. Please note: We do not offer shipping with PostNL due to the nature of our products.

All items are shipped to the USA with DDP. Import taxes is 15% which is included in the item price and payed by us to the shipper. It is NOT the responsibility for the customer to pay the newly implemented Import Tax of 15%. Standard shipping is with UPS.

Fedex Priority is the speed delivery we offer, 1-3 business days to the USA. It is a very reliable and smooth shipping serve and we have many years of trusted and good experience with this carrier.
