You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The tracking link to follow your shipment will be included in the shipping confirmation email. 

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

The shipping carrier for domestic orders within The Netherlands and Belgium is DPD. If you prefer your parcel to be shipped with another carrier, please send a message to info@oeiceramics.com. Please note: We do not offer shipping with PostNL due to the nature of our products.
