Since 2026 Fedex Priority shipping is included in the item price for shoppers from the USA. 

Fedex Priority delivers parcels with a time frame of 1-3 business days from the moment of dispatch. Please make sure to include a phone number or email address when placing your order.

Processing times

All items are processed within 1-2 business days from the moment of placing the order

For custom orders processing times vary between 1-3 weeks. For more information you are welcome to use the chat function on the website or send a message to info@oeiceramics.com ( current response time max 24 hour)

Tracked shipping is included in the item price

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The tracking link to follow your shipment will be included in the shipping confirmation email. 

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.

Domestic shipping:

The shipping carrier for domestic orders within The Netherlands and Belgium is DHL. If you prefer your parcel to be shipped with another carrier, please send a message to info@oeiceramics.com. 

Please note: We do not offer shipping with PostNL due to the nature of our products.
